Pricing varies by size, with smaller solo offices at the lower end and our largest 255 sq ft suite (fits 4–6 people) at the higher end. All suites include high-speed internet, 24/7 FOB access, Altitude Coffee Roasters coffee, kitchenette and lounge access, phone booths, professional cleaning, bike storage, a business mailing address, and free parking.
Dedicated desks: from $200/month CAD. Your own permanent desk in our open communal workspace beneath 14-foot ceilings. All the same amenities as a private suite, with a more collaborative feel.
Virtual office: from $75/month CAD. A professional business address at 100 Dundas Street East with mail handling. No physical desk required.
Boardroom rental: Our 325 sq ft boardroom with AV, whiteboard, and seating for 10 is available by the hour for both members and non-members.
