How Much Does Coworking Cost in Paris, Ontario? (2026 Guide)

If you’re exploring coworking options in Paris, Ontario or the surrounding Brantford area, one of the first questions you’ll have is: how much does it cost? This guide breaks down the pricing at The Paris Collective and puts it in context against the broader Ontario coworking market.

Coworking pricing at The Paris Collective

Private office suites: from $450/month CAD. We have 8 lockable suites ranging from 90 to 255 square feet. Pricing varies by size, with smaller solo offices at the lower end and our largest 255 sq ft suite (fits 4–6 people) at the higher end. Dedicated desks: from $200/month CAD. Your own permanent desk in our open communal workspace beneath 14-foot ceilings. All the same amenities as a private suite, with a more collaborative feel.

Virtual office: from $75/month CAD. A professional business address at 100 Dundas Street East with mail handling. No physical desk required.

Boardroom rental: Our 325 sq ft boardroom with AV, whiteboard, and seating for 10 is available by the hour for both members and non-members.

How does Paris compare to other Ontario cities?

Across Canada, dedicated desk memberships typically cluster in the $300–$400 CAD range in mid-sized cities, while private offices run $500–$800 for small offices and $1,000+ in Toronto or Vancouver. Paris pricing sits well below these benchmarks.

In Kitchener-Waterloo, private offices average around $1,360 CAD per month. In Hamilton, expect similar pricing. In Toronto, single-person WeWork offices start at $580–$660 CAD. Our suites starting at $450 and desks at $200 represent 30–40% savings over comparable urban options — with free parking, 24/7 access, and all amenities included.

What’s included in the price?

Everything. There are no hidden fees for internet, coffee, cleaning, or common area access. The only add-ons are boardroom booking and printing, both at affordable rates. See our full amenities list for details.

We ask for a minimum 6-month commitment for both suites and desks. Longer terms are available at reduced rates.

100 Dundas Street East, Paris, Ontario N3L 3H6. Just 10 minutes from Brantford, 30 minutes from Hamilton.

The Paris Collective doesn’t currently offer day passes — we run on a 6-month minimum membership model that keeps the space focused, productive, and predictable for our members. For occasional access, the most flexible option is a virtual office from $75/month with optional boardroom bookings as needed. See our day pass vs. membership guide for the full reasoning.

Almost always, yes. Traditional small-office leases in Brantford typically run $1,200–$2,500/month plus utilities, internet, parking, and a 3–5 year commitment. A private suite at The Paris Collective starts at $450/month with everything included and only a 6-month commitment. For most freelancers, consultants, and 1–4 person teams, coworking is the substantially cheaper option.

A virtual office membership at The Paris Collective starts at $75 CAD per month and gives you a real commercial address at 100 Dundas Street East along with mail handling. This is significantly cheaper than a UPS Store mailbox in most cities and looks far more professional than a residential or PO box address on incorporation documents and invoices.

Serviced offices like Regus or HQ are typically larger, more corporate, and priced higher because they include a receptionist and building services. Coworking spaces like The Paris Collective focus on a community of independent professionals and small teams in a more relaxed, design-led environment, usually at lower price points. Both include amenities like internet, coffee, and meeting rooms.
