Seating for 10 around a large conference table, AV equipment for screen-shares and presentations, a whiteboard for working sessions, two 3’x6’ windows for natural light, and access to the kitchenette and complimentary Altitude Coffee Roasters coffee. Available to both members and non-members on an hourly basis. Free on-site parking for everyone you bring.

Refreshments: Access to our kitchenette with complimentary Altitude Coffee Roasters coffee, tea, and filtered water.
Parking: Free on-site parking for all attendees, plus free street parking on Dundas Street East and surrounding blocks.
Accessibility: The space is on the second floor of the building. Contact us in advance if you need accessibility accommodations and we’ll do our best to assist.

Training sessions and workshops. Up to 10 trainees, AV for slides, kitchenette for breaks.
Podcast and video recording. The space is acoustically reasonable, well-lit by natural light, and visually clean for video. Bring your own recording equipment.
Tutoring and coaching sessions. Especially for coaches who don’t want to invite clients into a home office.

How booking works
Email info@thepariscollective.ca with your preferred date, time, and attendee count. We typically confirm within a few hours during business days. For weekday daytime slots, 24–48 hours notice is usually fine. For evening or weekend bookings, more notice is helpful. For recurring bookings, we can hold standing time on your behalf.
Members get preferred hourly rates and can book the boardroom directly using their FOB during 24/7 access hours.
Non-members can book on demand at the standard hourly rate. No membership required.

Members with 24/7 FOB access can use the boardroom any time. Non-member bookings outside standard business hours can usually be arranged with advance notice — just ask when you book.
Yes. We can hold standing time on your behalf for recurring bookings — monthly board meetings, weekly team check-ins, regular client touchpoints, etc. Just let us know your cadence when you book the first session.
