Professional address, no desk required
A virtual office membership at The Paris Collective gives you a real commercial business address at 100 Dundas Street East in downtown Paris, Ontario — plus mail handling, optional boardroom access, and the credibility of a professional address. From $75 CAD per month, month-to-month, no minimum commitment.
Best fit for home-based businesses, freelancers, consultants, and small businesses that don’t need a daily workspace but do need a professional address for incorporation, HST registration, business banking, client invoicing, and the basic legitimacy that a residential or PO box address can’t provide.
What you get
A real commercial business address. 100 Dundas Street East, Paris, Ontario N3L 3H6. Usable on incorporation documents, HST/GST registration, business bank accounts, professional licenses, contracts, business cards, websites, invoices, and Google Business Profile.
Mail handling. We receive your business mail and notify you when it arrives. Pick up during business hours. For urgent items, we can scan and email on request.
One hour of boardroom time, included. Every virtual office membership includes one hour of boardroom time per month — perfect for an occasional client meeting. Additional hours are available at member-preferred rates.
Month-to-month flexibility. No 6-month commitment like our suites and desks. Cancel any time with reasonable notice.
A path to upgrade. When your business grows, you can move from virtual office to a dedicated desk or a private suite seamlessly — same address, same building, same community.
Who uses this most
New incorporators. Founders setting up an Ontario or federal corporation who don’t want their home address on the corporate registry. Our guide to registering a business in Ontario walks through how this fits.
Freelancers and consultants. Working from home but invoicing real clients. A coworking address signals seriousness in a way a Gmail signature can’t.
E-commerce sellers. Need a real address for return policies, customer service, and chargeback dispute paperwork. (Note: we don’t handle inventory or fulfillment — just mail.)
Brantford-area home businesses. Want to look professional without renting an office.
Multi-location businesses. Running primarily from another city but need a Brant-area presence for clients in this region.

Virtual office vs. the alternatives
vs. PO box. A PO box is cheap and gets you a number at a post office. It’s not a street address, and many official filings (incorporation, business banking, professional licenses) won’t accept it.
vs. UPS Store mailbox. A UPS Store gives you a street address (\"123 Main Street, Suite 456\"), but the address is recognizable as a mail-receipt service to anyone who looks. Often runs $30–$75/month, similar to our virtual office, but without the boardroom access or the professional building.
vs. residential address. Putting your home address on incorporation papers and invoices works, but it’s public — anyone can look up your home. It also limits credibility with B2B clients and lenders.
vs. larger virtual office providers (Regus/HQ). Big-chain virtual offices typically run $80–$150/month for an address-only plan, with extra for mail handling and boardroom access. Our pricing is meaningfully lower and the address is a real local coworking space rather than a corporate brand suite.
What you can’t use it for
Worth being explicit about the boundaries:
Not a residential address. You can’t live here, register a vehicle, or use it for personal mail.
Not 3PL fulfillment. We can’t store inventory, ship orders, or handle high-volume incoming packages from suppliers.
Not international mail forwarding. Mail comes to us; you pick it up. We don’t forward to other addresses.
Not desk access. If you want desk access too, you want a dedicated desk or private suite. Virtual office is address-and-mail only.
